The House is surrounded by 2200 m2 of landscaped garden, just 100 m above the stunning beach of Atlanterra, one of the most beautiful and exclusive bays of Spain. The Villa offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the coast of Africa, has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, several living areas, landscaped courtyards which bring the natural light into the inner residential areas. Approximately 500 m2 living space distributed in a practical and sophisticated manor, decorated and built with natural building materials such as hardwood- and marble floors, Wooden Windows, double glazed and wooden decking. This modern villa makes for a wonderful holiday home for beach lovers and guests that require a certain standard and intimacy. 2 large living areas with seating for 14 people, the dining area overlooking the sea, and a spacious, modern kitchen are located on the first floor. Right in front of the residential areas, you will enjoy the large terrace with comfortable seating and seaviews and the infinity pool. On this terrace with tropical hardwood floors you can both sit and eat in the shaded dining area as well as enjoy the views just chilling in the sun.
The 11-metre pool is equipped with a salt water system, so no chlorine!
On this floor we also find the large master bedroom with en suite bath. This fully glazed room boosts spectacular views to the garden and the ocean beyond. The floors in the bedrooms are made of hardwood and the living areas of the House with marble or high-quality, modern ceramic tile floorings. The house also comes with air conditioning and Internet connection On the lower floor are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, each one except for one with access to the garden and views. On this floor there is also the children's living area or a game and living room with a second TV and DVD player.
There are 3 double beds and 3 rooms with two single beds each. The seventh bedroom has bunk beds and is intend mainly for the housekeeper or babysitter.
This is the ideal House for the large family or for a group of friends.
Extra housekeeping and cooking services can be booked upon request.
The rental price includes 3 hours of cleaning, 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In case the client needs additional cleaning service the cost would be € 15.00 / hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
