Buddha sits on a 2,000m2 plot and it´s overall built size amounts to aproximately 290m2.
The House boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and 15 kilometers of sandy beaches from Atlanterra to the town of Zahara de los Atunes and all the way to the Trafalgar Lighthouse in Los Caños de Meca.
The open-plan layout of the house provides a feeling of spaciousness and comfort.
Buddha has a large living-dining room with an integrated kitchen island - fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances; this is the main axis of the house. From here, you have access to all other rooms and areas in and around the house. The lounge and TV area is set a few steps lower than the dining area, there is a very large sofa from where you can enjoy the best views.
From the living - dining room, on the western side of the house a couple of glass doors give access to a covered porch with table and chairs ideal for an outdoor lunch with the family. To in front of the living dining area, we can also access a second terrace which, in turn, gives access to the third somewhat smaller Bed room with two single beds.
The main suite, with a particularly oriental decoration, has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main balcony of the house.
In the area opposite the main bedroom, we find an adjoining but independent area with a double room and a fully equipped bathroom.
The exterior of the property is surrounded by a pretty garden with mediterranean plants and palm trees.
The lower part of the garden is accessed through a stone staircase, which leads us to the pool and barbecue area. A quiet and shaded area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy family barbecues and unforgettable moments by the pool.
The property has outdoor parking for about 3 cars and a covered garage for one more vehicle.
