The location and the property:
The villa ‘Fare Miti’ (Tahitian for ‘house by the sea’) is located in a marvellous panoramic position above the dream bay of Playa de los Alemanes and close to the Faro Camarinal (lighthouse) viewpoint. From the villa you can easily walk down to the less frequented sandy beach or to the entrance to the Del Estrecho nature reserve in just 5 minutes. There you can go on great excursions on foot or by bike from the villa into the hills, to the insider tip Playa de el Cañuelo, to Bolonia or to the wind sports areas of Valdevaqueros.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which offers sun from dawn to dusk as well as airy shady spots and open spaces for the family to play. From several terraces you can enjoy views across the Atlantic to Africa and spectacular sunsets.
The property is very private, extremely quiet and almost invisible.
The property can be used very flexibly all year round for unforgettable holidays and time-outs.
Fare Miti has been lovingly furnished by the German owners, who regularly use and maintain the house themselves.
The interior
The property has 5 double bedrooms.The master suite offers magnificent views from the 1st floor of the main house and is equipped with its own terrace, dressing area, master bathroom and air conditioning. A desk allows you to work undisturbed with spectacular sea views.In the west wing of the house there are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180x200cm), built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan, complemented by 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces with access to the pool.
At the driveway to the villa there is a spacious studio with double bed, kitchen, shower room and air conditioning, which is independent of the main house.
The spacious living and dining area with panoramic windows and terrace access offers a table for 12 people, a lounge area around the fireplace, a TV lounge, a glazed Japanese garden and air conditioning. Attached is the large, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob. Between the living area and the west wing is a large covered loggia with dining area and lounge area, where residents can enjoy the fantastic view over the pool to the sea, sheltered from the sun and wind, half outside and half inside. The dining area is complemented by a large Weber gas barbecue.
>Behind the loggia on the entrance side, but with a sea view through the glazing, there is a cosy, sheltered breakfast area under an ancient olive tree with morning sun and a view of the garden.
In the utility room there is a second fridge as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.In front of the entrance is the covered single garage for one car and parking spaces for 2 more cars.
The outdoor area
There are 8 pool loungers and parasols around the large pool.
In the lower part of the garden, residents use the chill-out deck in the evening to enjoy the endless views and magnificent sunsets.
Above the west wing, guests will find a very large terrace, which is often used for yoga in the morning.
Other important notes
The house has 3 air-conditioned areas in summer and radiator heating for the cooler seasons.
In spring, autumn and winter in particular, the temperatures are very pleasant and the whole area is very quiet and uncrowded. On many days there are only a few people on the 1.5 km long beach. The wonderful climate, the marvellous nature and the endless sports activities invite you to take a break from the transitional climate in Germany. Despite its 5-bedroom size, the villa offers cosiness for couples and small families thanks to its layout with east and west wings and studio apartment. The villa is therefore also an ideal location for ‘work away from home’.
You are welcome to enquire about possibilities for shorter and longer stays in the low seasons.
The rental price includes 3 hours cleaning per day, 3 days per week (on working days).
The rental prices include 10% VAT.
