The Costa de la Luz is one of nature’s most beautiful places, and not only for its beaches. The hills and countryside are full of trails and often little explored routes through field and forest.
How wonderful to explore all of this, to get this close to nature whilst on horseback. The equestrian centers in the area offer beach rides and mountain trails, in Zahara itself or a little further afield in La Breña, the pine forests behind Barbate, or Zahora, a little further west.
